August 19

The vibrant jewelry sector in Los Angeles is gearing up for an impactful day of commerce and connection on August 24. This collaborative initiative features a dynamic Jewelry Trading Event and the expanded 6th Annual Mega Mixer, designed to bring together diverse segments of the industry for unparalleled opportunities in business development, product sourcing, and professional networking. This dual event underscores a growing spirit of cooperation and community within the West Coast's jewelry landscape.

West Coast Jewelry Organizations Unite for Premier Industry Gathering

On August 24, the Los Angeles jewelry community will converge for two significant events: the Los Angeles Jewelry Trading Event and the 6th Annual Mega Mixer. The day will commence with the trading event from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Diamond Club West Coast office, located at 550 S. Hill St., Suite 1600, in Downtown Los Angeles. This gathering, organized by the Diamond Club West Coast (DCWC), the Indian Diamond & Colorstone Association (IDCA), and Jewelers of America (JA), and supported by IGI, Polygon, and IJC, builds on the success of last year's event. It will serve as a vital platform for qualified buyers, retailers, suppliers, and industry professionals to engage in direct buying, selling, and sourcing of diamonds, gemstones, pearls, various jewelry types, watches, and related services. Pre-registration is essential for all attendees, with organizers verifying eligibility.

Following the day's trading activities, the focus will shift to the 6th Annual Mega Mixer, scheduled from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Elevate Lounge, also in Downtown Los Angeles. What started as a smaller gathering of three or four organizations has blossomed into a major collaborative event involving ten jewelry organizations from Southern California and beyond. Sponsored by Krainz Creations and Jewelers Mutual Group, this evening mixer is dedicated to fostering relationships and strengthening the industry through extensive networking. Members of the participating organizations are invited to attend the Mega Mixer free of charge, provided they pre-register. Registration for both events will close on the afternoon of August 21 PST. This comprehensive day is poised to be a pivotal moment for the Los Angeles jewelry industry, attracting participants from across the nation for a blend of high-energy business and community celebration.

These back-to-back events highlight the increasing importance of collaboration and direct engagement within the jewelry industry. By offering both a structured trading environment and a relaxed networking mixer, organizers are facilitating a holistic experience that promotes business growth, knowledge sharing, and the cultivation of lasting professional relationships. Such initiatives are crucial for strengthening the local and national jewelry markets, enabling members to connect, innovate, and collectively advance the industry.
