The Plumb Club Announces New Board Members for 2026/2027

During a recent General Membership Meeting held on June 23rd, The Plumb Club officially selected its new executive committee and board members for the 2026/2027 term. This election underscores the Club's dedication to cultivating a diverse and inclusive leadership, aiming to integrate younger, promising talent from its membership to secure its enduring strength and future prosperity.

The newly elected Executive Committee members include Steven Lerche of Goldstar LLC, who will serve as the youngest president in the Club's history. Ray Mastoloni of Mastoloni Pearls will transition from treasurer to vice president, while Debbie Azar of Gemological Science International will assume the role of treasurer. Jeff Weinman of ODI/Tache has been appointed as secretary. Michael Lerche of Goldstar LLC will continue his role as pavilion chairperson, bringing his previous experience as a past president to the board. The board of directors also sees the continued service of Michael Langhammer (Quality Gold), Moss Makhoulian (Richline Group), Alok Mehta (IDD), and Dov Tannenbaum (Leo Schachter Diamonds). Jordan Peck of Color Merchants/Brevani, who previously filled a board vacancy, has been elected for his first full term. Furthermore, past presidents Roger Forman (Marathon Company), Robert Kempler (Richline Group), Dave Meleski (Richline Group), Bruce Rubin (Uni – Design USA), and Victor Weinman (ODI / Original Designs) will remain on the board as members-at-large.

This thoughtful selection of leaders, encompassing both seasoned members and new voices, reflects a forward-thinking strategy designed to invigorate The Plumb Club.
