Hublot Unveils Colorful Big Bang Summer Collection in Pastel Ceramic

June 20

Hublot consistently celebrates the arrival of each summer season with exclusive collections launched in Saint-Tropez. For the upcoming year, the brand proudly presents a new series of Big Bang timepieces, highlighting its exceptional skill in working with colorful ceramic. This vibrant collection offers a lighter, seasonal interpretation of the iconic Big Bang, encompassing advanced chronographs, a sophisticated tourbillon, and elegant compact automatic designs.

The collection's centerpiece is the new Big Bang Summer Multi-Coloured Ceramic Chronograph, which playfully blends pink, mint-green, and sky-blue ceramic tones, drawing inspiration from the serene beauty of Mediterranean sunsets and coastal landscapes. Its microblasted and polished ceramic case features a harmonious mix of pink and mint-green elements, complemented by a sky-blue bezel and caseback. The dial further enhances this theme with soft pastel shades. Additionally, the Big Bang Titanium Peach Ceramic variant boasts a titanium case, a polished peach ceramic bezel, a skeletonized peach dial, and a matching rubber strap. Both models are powered by Hublot's in-house HUB1280 Unico flyback chronograph caliber, known for its column wheel, flyback function, and a 72-hour power reserve. For those desiring a more exclusive timepiece, Hublot introduces the Pastel Big Bang Tourbillon. This limited edition of just 10 pieces features the same pink, mint-green, and sky-blue ceramic construction as the chronograph, but with a transparent pink sapphire dial that showcases the intricate movement and allows light to beautifully filter through its layers. This watch is driven by the HUB6035 manufacture automatic tourbillon caliber, complete with a dial-side micro-rotor and a 72-hour power reserve. The most accessible additions to this collection are three monochromatic 33mm Big Bang models in Peach, Mint Green, and Petrol Blue ceramic. These are the first 33mm Big Bang watches without diamond embellishments, allowing the vibrant color to be the primary focus. Each piece features a polished ceramic case, bezel, dial, and a textured rubber strap, all in perfectly matching tones to create a unified aesthetic. Despite their smaller size, these models house mechanical movements, specifically the HUB1120 automatic caliber, which is based on the compact Sellita SW100 movement.

All these remarkable timepieces are available through select Hublot retailers and online, and are backed by the brand's new 5+5 warranty program, providing extended coverage for up to 10 years for eligible owners. This demonstrates Hublot's commitment to both innovative design and lasting quality, offering horological enthusiasts a blend of artistic expression and precision engineering.
