This initiative aims to spotlight and commend outstanding professionals who are making significant contributions across the retail and supplier segments of the fine jewelry market.

Jewelers of America Seeks Rising Stars for '20 Under 40' Program

Launched in 2022, the '20 Under 40' program is designed to recognize individuals under the age of 40 who exhibit exemplary leadership qualities and a deep commitment to the jewelry industry. The program distinguishes between two categories: '20 Under 40: Jewelry Retail' and '20 Under 40: Jewelry Suppliers,' with each category honoring 20 exceptional professionals.

David J. Bonaparte, President & CEO of Jewelers of America, emphasized the program's importance: "Our '20 Under 40' program is a vital platform for celebrating the next generation of industry leaders. By acknowledging both retail and supplier professionals, we underscore the collaborative spirit, innovative drive, and leadership excellence that are crucial for the continued success of the entire fine jewelry marketplace."

A distinguished panel of judges will meticulously evaluate all nominees based on several key criteria. These include a proven track record of success in their chosen field, demonstration of strong leadership characteristics, an innovative mindset, a clear potential to positively impact their communities, and an unwavering commitment to the Jewelers of America Code of Professional Practices and ethical standards.
