The new collection, epitomized by the 'Pacific' and 'Redwood' references, draws inspiration from the natural beauty of Northern California, translating its diverse landscapes into captivating material choices, hues, and the interplay of light.

The Series 1 Mark II maintains the elegant proportions of its predecessor, featuring a 38.5mm diameter and a slim profile of 8mm (or 9mm including the domed crystal), positioning it perfectly within the realm of classic dress watches. Despite its traditional sizing, the watch’s architecture boasts remarkable complexity. A distinctive three-part mid-case construction is a cornerstone of its design, with brushed upper and lower surfaces elegantly framing a polished central band. This central band seamlessly extends through the hollowed lugs, creating an uninterrupted flow of light across the timepiece.

The 'Pacific' model embodies a cooler, more technical sensibility, encased in tantalum. This material is renowned for its challenging machinability, density, and natural blue-grey tint, making its application in watchmaking a testament to exquisite craftsmanship. In contrast, the 'Redwood' variant exudes warmth and a more traditional elegance, fashioned from 18k 5N rose gold.

The dial of the Mark II retains its sector-style layout, now enhanced with directional brushing that generates dynamic light gradients. Applied markers are thoughtfully placed at two-hour intervals atop a black-polished ring, introducing a refreshed rhythm to the display. The sub-seconds counter at the 6 o'clock position mirrors the main dial's intricate construction.

The 'Pacific' dial evokes oceanic depths, transitioning through shades of blue, turquoise, and deep black depending on the ambient light. The 'Redwood' dial captures the warmth of its namesake, offering a spectrum of gold, bronze, and brown tones. Powering these exquisite timepieces is the new calibre FM.02, a collaboration with Jean-François Mojon, building upon the success of the FM-01. This hand-wound movement features a slender profile of under 4mm, operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour, and boasts an impressive 168-hour (7-day) power reserve delivered by twin barrels. The FM.02 showcases a redesigned architecture with broader anglage, more sculptural bridge forms, and custom wheels that echo the curvature of the case and lugs. The movement undergoes extensive and meticulous hand-finishing, encompassing brushing, graining, frosting, and polishing. A remarkable 189 interior angles are hand-executed, including those on components not visible during wear. The movement's aesthetic also aligns with the watches' themes, with anthracite tones for 'Pacific' and golden hues for 'Redwood.'

Each Series 1 Mark II watch comes with two calf leather straps and a matching pin buckle, in tantalum for the 'Pacific' and rose gold for the 'Redwood.' These timepieces are produced in a limited edition of 25 pieces per version and are exclusively available directly from the brand, priced at CHF 55,500 for the 'Pacific' and CHF 53,500 for the 'Redwood' (excluding VAT).
