This action prompted Collective Horology, alongside another importer specializing in exotic spices, to file a new lawsuit against the President and several administrative bodies and individuals, including U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. Rapkin shares his company's motivations for challenging these tariff laws, while Albrecht outlines the legal strategy behind their case.
